This has to do with AnkiWEB and not AnkiHUB.
Please visit http://ankiweb.net/ to solve the issue.

What’s the difference between your AnkiHub and AnkiWeb accounts?
AnkiWeb is the cloud backup service for your flashcards and progress, whereas AnkiHub is used to download decks and keep them up to date.
