Unsure if this has been answered. I tried to sync and was told to reconfirm my subscription by logging into ankihub. No worries, did that, got the green “subscription confirmed” prompt and went back to anki. The error message persisted. I closed anki a couple times, tried logging in and out of ankihub on .net online and on my desktop anki as well.
The error message is continuing and I don’t know what to do to fix this. I was able to sync and add new decks despite the error message, so perhaps its just a false alert? But ideally I can fix this so I can still autosync without having to close out of the message every 15 minutes.
