I can't sync Anki because it says my email hasn't been confirmed

I already confirmed my email account, however when I try to sync the decks it displays the next message:

Syncing failed, because your email address has not been confirmed. Please visit ankiweb.net, log in with your email address (myemailaddres@gmail.com), and you’ll be prompted to confirm your email.

I have already done that, so please I would like to be able to sync the cards
