This is an error that is caused by the new Anki update (24.04)
Please downgrade your Anki version by downloading a less recent version here ankiweb

Some users also reported this happening on older versions like 23.12.1. We implemented a fix for this today and will release it soon.
The addon report still says 24.04. Make sure you click on the correct anki version, if you did not replace it. You can use spotlight search and you will see “Anki 2”
