Is it possible to not have the cloze feature for a disease that contain mnemonics and instead just have users learn the mnemonic? For example, the card “causes for renal papillay necrosis may be remembered with the mnemonic SAND” but “renal papillary necrosis” is a cloze deletion. It would make more sense for the card to read as is, and have users learn the the mnemonic, if that makes sense?
