No close 4 found on card

I just upgraded to V12 from V11 and while doing some anki cards I come across the following:

Does anyone know what this means and how I can fix this?

On Anki, go to the top left and find tools, then click on empty cards, then press delete

These are cards that were turned into 1by1 cards or clozes that were consolidated (basically a card that had 2 clozes turned into 1 cloze) as an example

Do I keep this box checked or uncheck the box that states: “Keep Notes with no valid cards”?
