I’m continuing to have issues with images in the anatomy section not loading properly.
Any advice?

Hi there. I have been troubleshooting this problem with another user & I have just synced a lot of media files to AnkiHub. I would re-sync & check again. If there are still missing files, try downloading from (collection.media - Google Drive) & adding these files to your media files. This video does a good job of showing those steps (https://youtu.be/Ox24jvPQAxs). Please let me know if this does not work & I will see what else I can do.

It doesn’t look like it fixed the issue. It looks like they were initially tagged missing-media which is now removed, but it’s still not showing the media on my anki, but I can see the media on AnkiHub.

Hmm, interesting. & did you try downloading the media file from Google Drive & adding it to your Anki media files?

Yep! Here are some screenshots of 2 of the cards and what I see. I sync with AnkiHub almost daily and I imported the media as shown in the youtube video.

Interesting. I’m not sure why those would be missing, but I have an idea that should fix it.

Can you use the Check Media tool, & then select Tag Missing. After that, open the Anki Browser & go the the missing-media tag that is on the left side of the browser. Highlight all of the cards in the PM&R Master deck with this tag, right click & select AnkiHub: Bulk suggest notes. For the rationale you can just put missing media.

All of this will allow me to see exactly which cards are giving you a problem. I will then be able to export the media for those files specifically & I will share them with you & add them to the folders above.

Absolutely! Thank you for helping me fix this problem.

I have exported those media files into this folder (Ankimedia_11:25 - Google Drive). Please try the above steps with this folder & let me know if it does/does not work. I’ll then combine the folders so users can download all from one file.
