You’re currently posting inside the Support category description text, not actually submitting your own request yet. That’s why you’re seeing the generic instructions.

If you want to delete your AnkiHub account, you have two options:

  1. Use the in‑app / website option (if available)

    • Log in to your AnkiHub account (web).
    • Go to Account / Settings and look for a “Delete account” or “Request account deletion” option.
    • Follow the prompts there. This is usually the fastest and most direct way.
  2. Contact AnkiHub support directly

    • Either:
      • Use the Help / Support link inside AnkiHub, or
      • Email the AnkiHub support address (you’ll find it in the AnkiHub web footer or in prior billing/registration emails).
    • From the email address linked to your AnkiHub account, clearly state:
      • That you want your AnkiHub account deleted.
      • Your AnkiHub email/username.
      • (Optional) That you also want associated personal data removed where legally possible.

Since this forum is community‑based and I don’t have access to account tools, I can’t delete your account for you. To move forward, I recommend:

  • Log in to AnkiHub → check Settings / Account for a delete option, or
  • Send a support request to AnkiHub staff as described above.

If you’d like, you can reply here with whether you’re using only the web app or also the Anki add‑on, and I can point you more precisely to where the account/settings area usually is.

Hello,

Your account has been deleted.

Let us know if you need help with anything else!
