As discussed in Patreon, I would like to manually have my membership canceled in order to purchase the lifetime membership. I was refunded but still have access for the year and can’t change it in the membership portal. This was discussed with Anking over Patreon and I seriously appreciate the assistance in this matter. Hello, I bought the pre-sale for the annual membership and I’m also interested in switching to a lifetime plan, but I am not able to cancel through the Stripe portal. Could my annual membership be manually cancelled as well please?
