I don’t have an immediate ETA at the moment, though the developers aware and currently working on a fix.

Hello,

Sorry for the inconvenience, and thanks for your patience. There is currently a bit of a bug with the Ankihub servers, which is preventing some users from being able to sync appropriately.

I don’t have an immediate ETA at the moment, though the developers are aware and currently working on a fix. More information can be found here: 🐛 Bug affecting AnkiHub servers

**Before the error happened, I was trying to use the AI chat bot to ask a question regarding the slide I was looking at. However the chat bot said that it was “unresponsive” and had a grey background like the no internet background on google. I was connected to internet but i figured it was because the app was l running too long. so I patiently closed and opened it and allowed it to go through its long syncing process and when i tried to start studying again i have this new error that i have never seen before. Best regards, **
