Hi everyone ,

We hope you’re doing well,

:warning: We wanted to inform you that AnkiHub is currently having some downtime due to an unexpected technical issue. Our developers are currently working around the clock to fix the issue ASAP.

We do not currently have an estimate of when AnkiHub will be back up and running normally, but we’ll let you know once things have been resolved.

For now, all AnkiHub features may be intermittently unavailable. :smiling_face_with_tear:

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding and patience during this time.

To end on a positive note, we have some very exciting announcements coming soon that we are very excited to share. Stay tuned!

Thanks  So is it recommended to just disable the AnkiHub add-on for now to keep using Anki without interruption?

Try updating the add-on. Seems like it might be fixed already. :crossed_fingers:

Hi Ahmed,

Thank you for solving the issue. I just noticed that the layout of the AnkiHub AI has been changed. I prefer the new larger layout as it increases the viewing field. However, I noticed that now the window inside the AI can be scrolled horizontally as well. I think this is an unintended (and somewhat annoying) feature, therefore letting you know.

To add to this, there is one other weird scroll behavior. Users are able to scroll vertically beyond the margins for the content.
