Update error

Before the error happened, I was

Loaded Anki, automatic update detected→clicked on update and this came up.

This was just after I made a Win 11 update.

I see the installer reads the platform as windows-10, which it is not; I see it wants permission, which I believe I have already given, and I have not had this problem before or with any other addons

EDIT: apparently there was a conflict between AnkiCollab and AnkiHub, I resolved by first updating AnkiHub and then AnkiCollab. Leaving this up in case it is useful for developers

Sentry link (for developers)

Permission errors are common on Windows when uninstalling/updating add-ons as Anki tries to replace files while they are in use.
