Hello,
I have the v11 deck and am trying to upgrade.
I followed the original instructions for doing so. but I now have two decks. my original v11 deck named AnKing and the new deck AnKing Step Deck.
I know v12 has downloaded as the tag is there in the tag manager.
But I’m concerned about which deck to study now. I don’t want to lose my media and changes from the v11 deck.
can you help?

But, from the look of it, I believe all of your cards are likely present. If you can click on the step1_v12 tag for me and let me know how many cards are there we can confirm that everything is present and then I’d be happy to help you out with anything else.

Just to make triply sure: is that 27k cards, or 27k notes, under that tag?
You can tell by looking at the top of your Browse screen, and looking for this button:

Cool. That, at least, tells us that all of the cards that should be present are, indeed, present. That’s a good start.
Basically, for whatever reason, the Ankihub add-on decided to park your new cards in another deck. But, happily, everything that should be there is there, just seemingly split across two decks.
Easy enough to solve, you can just move the cards over to whichever deck you prefer for them to be located, and then delete the resulting empty deck. I would be happy to walk you through how to do this if it’s helpful.
