Cool. That, at least, tells us that all of the cards that should be present are, indeed, present. That’s a good start. 
Basically, for whatever reason, the Ankihub add-on decided to park your new cards in another deck. But, happily, everything that should be there is there, just seemingly split across two decks.
Easy enough to solve, you can just move the cards over to whichever deck you prefer for them to be located, and then delete the resulting empty deck. I would be happy to walk you through how to do this if it’s helpful.
