- BCSC broad overview: Main focus of the team right now is work on completing BCSC tags, correcting information, and adding additional cards only when necessary. Focus this update on sections 4, 5, 6, 9, 10.
- Kanski and Basic Ophthalmology tags - Continued!: Thanks to Hendrix, tags for Kanski’s Clinical Ophthalmology: A Systematic Approach are continuously being added and improved under #Blue::#Resources::Kanski, and thanks to ankisolomons, tags for Harper’s Basic Ophthalmology are being added under #Blue::#Resources::Basic_Ophthalmology
- Splitting multiple-item sets: A new focus of this update, based on the minimum information principle and guidance from SuperMemo’s 20 Rules of Knowledge Formulation, is that we’re splitting up sets into multiple clozes. While this may increase the card count, it should be an improvement for studying and memory.
- Card fixes/additions: Continued progress from previous versions. Some redundant clozes have been removed, which can be cleaned up using the “Tools → Empty Cards…” function in Anki’s home screen ribbon menu.
- Images: Many images added, improved, and provided with citations for easier studying
