true, but hyperthyroidism secondary to to elevated TSH is rare, even UpToDate recommends that the initial test for hyperthyroidism should be TSH with reflex T3/T4 measurement if TSH is low. Amboss says Initial test should be “TSH: typically low/undetectable”. So would still personally rather just add a note to the extra section that secondary hyperthyroidism can present with elevated TSH
