Would be worth leaving it just for the concept (TRH → TSH → T4,T3) IMO. Also, it appears that hyperthyroidism d/t excess TRH is a thing, even if very rare: Hyperthyroidism caused by a pituitary thyrotrophin-secreting tumour with excessive secretion of thyrotrophin-releasing hormone and subsequently followed by Graves' disease in a middle-aged woman - PubMed

I would argue that the HPT axis concept is well-described in other cards. Here I think it is more important to think about central regulation of the thyroid in general in the context of a well-described (if rare) clinical syndrome of TSH-mediated hyperthyroidism. And in general it is counterproductive to have very wordy cards.
