@anking-maintainers I think I misunderstood the suggestion, but even looking back at it, this seems super LY to me. AMBOSS does highlight it in a box, but I cannot imagine UW/AMBOSS/Step asking you to make this nuanced differentiation
Already a super busy card, would just opt to remove mention of rivaroxaban and apixaban in the first bullet if anything. If we do add it, we should pick out only the necessary notes from extra and shorten it all significantly
