Just quickly looking over but doesn’t agree with our current cards in the deck which states patients with wells score >4 should start anticoagulation before diagnostic imaging - Amboss’s algorithm states “consider anti-coagulation” before diagnostic imaging as well.
Maybe consider simplifying some stuff, like after CTPA is negative could just list “consider alternative diagnosis”? These algorithms seem to vary a bit from source to source as well so might depend on source it’s based on.
I based this predominantly off of UW’s
I think the part about anticoagulation before d-dimer is mentioned here:
Think it should also be considered before CT angiography as well (nid:1536437693761)
This okay to push + add to other cards? @AnKing-Maintainers
Both AMBOSS and UTD divide patients into stable and unstable in the first step of their algorithms. What do you think? Maybe you can add something about stabilizing the patients if unstable? 1693837437510 is a card about unstable patient
It’s pretty much done but I think it might need some minor changes. Otherwise, it’s a very good algorithm
