I have looked into this further. Please disregard this suggestion. Situations such as severe aortic stenosis or aortic dissection which compresses the LVOT are examples of obstructive shock which has an increased preload. However, the card is still extremely confusing. Recommend either eliminating this card or breaking it up into several cards which address the physiology of various forms of obstructive shock one by one, but this is probably too low-yield.
