Checked the UW QIDs, it seems like the emphasis is on the fact that an aberrant artery is related to the formation of the mass, but as I understand it, that is not the same thing as being vascular (i.e., having large supply like other tumors)

Yeah the formation is definitely the important part from what I can tell too, I think the word non-vascular specifically is wrong (it’s only mentioned in one study about FNH and not mentioned in any other I can find) - and then the others I checked say this “Focal nodular hyperplasia (FNH) is a benign tumor-like liver lesion with a rich blood supply.” and another mentioned that it sometimes has a peripheral supply - I think the wording non-vascular doesn’t help with determining if something is an FNH on an exam and also doesn’t help with understanding the concept - this is definitely super nitpicky but as far I can tell technically correct
