Thanks that was super helpful! After further digging, it looks like a case of AMBOSS and UWorld conflicting. AMBOSS says that anything < 100 mL is normal PVR, while UWorld Step 2 12033 seems to suggest (in parentheses in the explanation for why an answer choice was wrong) it’s < 50 for men and < 150 for women.
This topic caused me confusion too when I first encountered it because I want a standard defined value. During rotation with a uro-gyn surgeon for a week and asked him what is the cut off value. He said there isn’t one, but generally more than 150 is when he says they are not emptying fully. Big thing is it’s more based on clinical picture because having higher PVR volume without symptoms means nothing
