I find this card to be a bit vague… (it is based on Pathoma)
- Iron deficiency is an issue for exclusively breastfed pre-term infants
- Iron deficiency is an issue w/ delayed introduction of solids (exclusively breastfed infants > 6 months)
In general, iron deficiency should not be a problem for exclusively breastfed infants who are not preterm and who are have solids introduced at correct time. Curious what UW Step 3 QID 6280 says about this

As UW question says breastmilk predominant maybe consider adding note to extra instead of changing text to exclusive? Just a suggestion, think text is okay as is personally

For me i think “exclusive breastfeeding” is better than “breastfeeding” so maybe meet in the middle
