Both tagged UW questions ask about getting MRI after establishing hyperprolactinemia. This change isn’t wrong, but it’s confusing because it asks about patient with BOTH amenorrhea and galactorrhea… nid:1556813081122 covers next step in secondary amenorrhea perfectly (prolactin, TSH, and FSH levels) but doesn’t also deal with galactorrhea?
I think if anything we can just keep in extra, no reason to complicate text on something that isn’t explicitly tested
