thoughts? @herstein.jacob @Cameron @Tahseen @Bilal @Sameem we can alternatively change the symptoms to c1 and add cluster as c2 so no new net clozes
Added #deck-AnKing Overhaul for Step 1 & 2-AnKingMed and removed #deck-anking-overhaul-for-step-1–2-ankingmed
I think we should combine cloze 1 and 2. Also in extra, add that these symptoms are due to autonomic disturbances. Don’t support clozing the cluster, migrane can also present with these symptoms.
I like the idea of merging symptoms to cq and making cloze c2!
Support most the points here. Personally thinking new clozed info should get a new c3 cloze; people already having c2 unsuspended haven’t been actively recalling symptoms → disease
Like this if you are in favor of new cloze
Dislike if you are in favor of merging clozes (no new cloze)
@Ahmed7 @Cameron @thomas.holmes @Sameem @zarathustra @NiceJewishBoy @shmuelsash - let’s get this resolved. Thumbs up for new cloze, thumbs down for merging symptoms to both c1
indifferent, okay with either suggestion or leaving as is
Unless I’m missing something, migraine can also present with these autonomic symptoms. The user haven’t provided any source either.
Correct me if I’m wrong @herstein.jacob
I have never seen migraine described with these symptoms except in children - they are classic for cluster headache. No source really needed since this is just editing a cloze, not changing information
to clarify are we referring to “new cloze” as: {{c3::cluster}} and merging c2-> c1
vs
thumbs down: {{c2::cluster}} merge current c2->c1?
New cloze = {{c3::cluster}}, but do NOT merge symptoms to c1 (net increase in total # of clozes). Your understanding of thumbs down is correct, though
I think we’re pretty split bc of what CTE mentioned about wanting a new close but also think most want to merge the sxs too. IMO the best resolution would be:
{{c3::Cluster}} headaches may be associated with {{c1::lacrimation}} and {{c1::rhinorrhea}}
I support the current version. Can we merge at the end of the day if no objections
Support new cloze (what it is right now)
