@Anking-maintainers some cards call the disease ITP while others call it immune thrombocytopenia. Wanna have a vote on slack for a) ITP b) main ITP extra ‘now known as immune thrombocytopenia’ or c) main immune thrombocytopenia (formerly ITP) or d) main: immune thrombocytopenia extra: nothing? FA2024 calls it ‘immune thrombocytopenia’.
Personally I think go with d and OP’s suggestion and just change it all to immune thrombocytopenia. Or main immune thrombocytopenia and extra (formerly known as immune thrombocytopenic purpura) because of all the pictures in extra. AMBOSS also calls it immune thrombocytopenia not itp. OP demonstrates UWorld now calls it immune thrombocytopenia.

Now you usually see it as “immune thrombocytopenia (ITP)” - name changed but acronym did not. So maybe just remove purpura and leave the rest unchanged
