It appears there are no payments associated with your account. Are you on a scholarship? If so, it might have expired.
You’ll need to reapply to gain access to the subscription

That means that you will need to update your client.
You may need to update your add-on and/or Anki itself.
- Add-ons can be updated within Anki by going to Tools - Add-ons - Check for Updates.
- Anki itself can be updated by downloading the latest version, which is always available on the Anki website: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

It seems that you’ve applied for a scholarship recently. You’ll need to wait for an acceptance from us via email, which you should receive within 5 days or less
Once you receive the acceptance, your subscription will be active
