Active membership not working

I am trying to sync anking but it is telling me that I need an active membership which I already have. Please help, thanks!

It appears there are no payments associated with your account. Are you on a scholarship? If so, it might have expired.

You’ll need to reapply to gain access to the subscription

Hello I am unable to update. It is saying i am an outdated client. Help?

That means that you will need to update your client. :slight_smile:

You may need to update your add-on and/or Anki itself.

  • Add-ons can be updated within Anki by going to Tools - Add-ons - Check for Updates.
  • Anki itself can be updated by downloading the latest version, which is always available on the Anki website: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

It seems that you’ve applied for a scholarship recently. You’ll need to wait for an acceptance from us via email, which you should receive within 5 days or less

Once you receive the acceptance, your subscription will be active :slight_smile:
