Add search bar to the "optional tags" drop down menu

I think it would be great if there was a search tool in the drop down menu that appears on AnkiHub so that it is easier to find a specific set of “optional tags.” This feature will likely only grow in popularity, so the drop down menus are getting long and it is hard to find a specific set of tags that may be related to your school/program/etc
