I started using anki since feb/24, I notice comparing with my boyfriends anki that mine was missing pictures in the back of the cards. I tryed hard to fix it until I gave up and decided to erase the deck and try to donwload all over again. But the problem remained. So I tryed to erase the app anki and download all again, the app and the deck. And now, ALL my cards shows: No cloze ⁨1⁩ found on card. Please either add a cloze deletion, or use the Empty Cards tool.
More information" I did all things it says to do when you found this kind of problem but it keeps not working. I’m kind of desperate because I really need this to study. Please, help me.

Hello,

You have protected all your fields which is causing this issue.

Unprotect the text, extra, pixorize, and sketchy fields.

Then do the following:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
