Im having a issue using the Anking Step Deck. When I went to begin studying the deck a message says “No cloze 1 found on card. Please either add a cloze deletion or the empty cards tool” and I have no clue what this means.

It looks as though most, or all, of your fields are protected:
This is preventing Ankihub from being able to write to your cards, and so they are showing up as empty.
First, you’ll want to unprotect those fields: Managing Protected Fields
Once you’ve done that, you’ll want to reset local changes to the deck: Resetting Local Changes
From there, you should be good to go.
