I understand you’re having this issue. Please try the following and let me know how it goes:

Go to Sign In and make sure you are subscribed to the deck. Deleting the deck in Anki may also unsubscribe you from it on AnkiHub.

Try resetting your local changes. Here’s a tutorial on how to do that: How to Reset Local Changes
If that doesn’t solve the issue, please do the following:
- Send a screenshot of your Anki main screen showing the decks you have.
- Send a screenshot of your tags and tell me how many cards are listed for this tag:
