I recently purchased Anking so I could use the step deck. I wanted to do the anking step deck course, but I received the attached error message upon enrolling in the course. I am on windows, but my colleague on Mac did not have an issue. I tried opening an incognito tab, using microsoft edge instead of google, and using a different device. However, I was still met with this same message. Is there an ETA for this issue? My classes are starting today and I was hoping to do the course today. Thanks!

You might try heading straight to the URL for the page: https://courses.ankihub.net/login
Keep in mind here that, because the course is hosted on a separate website, you may need to set up a new login by using the ‘forgot password’ button (and this email can sometimes take 20-30 minutes for the servers to send out)
Give that a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.

I navigated to the URL that you sent and used forget password to set up a new login, since my normal ankihub one was not working. I put my email in, and it said that if my email is associated with an account, they will send a message.
I did this a several hours ago– right after I saw you reply, and still don’t see an email. I even put it in again a couple hours ago, but still nothing. I know you mentioned that this can take up to 20-30 minutes, but should it be taking this long?
