Can you confirm you have done the following on desktop?

1. You have downloaded the ankihub addon and signed in
2. You have subscribed to the deck you want
3. You have clicked sync in Anki and clicked install
4. You clicked upload to ankiweb if prompted in Anki

If you’ve done the above and the issue is still occuring, check your media sync status by going to the AnkiHub addon on desktop → media sync → does it say idle or installing?

If it says idle → reset local changes this way: Resetting Local Changes

Thank you for the update! I thoroughly enjoy the illustrations/diagrams and find them exceptionally useful!

I have always wondered if there is a collection or database of these anywhere, or a way to look through them outside of Anki? Oftentimes, I have to search random words/phrases within Anki in hopes of locating an illustration I want to look at within a card, so it would be really helpful if there were a tab within the hub or something that housed all of the photos!

hi i just paid for the deck i paid $110 however when im syncing the ankihub deck with anki web it ask me to complete your profile to continue when i type in my country it doesnt allow me to proceed forward?

I want to first thank you for the amazing work from the bottom of my heart, the apex .
I have a question: is AnKing one of the greatest sources for studying medicine? Cuz genuinely it’s the best thing that’s ever happened to me. Like, does everyone else feel that way or am I overexaggerating?
