Bionic reading randomly appeared and won't go away

I woke up this morning to do my reviews and bionic reading randomly started occuring where it highlights/bolds the first part of the words. Even after disabling/deleting the Add-on and resyncining/closing Anki it still will not go away. It is on mobile as well.

This might work:

Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

This did not work. I even tried redownloading Anki and it still is showing the bionic reading addon. Also, right when I see a new card, “0:” flashes in the middle of the screen. Any suggestions?
