I can select all 10 on a page and merge at once, but if I select all, I can’t merge them all at the same time. No error pops up, rather once I bulk merge, all the cards are still in my queue. For example, if I have 23 pages of optional tags to merge, I can merge all 10 on the one page, but if I click select all, then merge all, nothing changes. I still have 23 pages left of optional tags.

This is a known bug and its planned to be fixed in the future!
For now, just make sure to not click “select all” otherwise it won’t work like you mentioned
