Unable to merge community suggestions as optional tag maintainer

I have been unable to merge suggested optional tags on a few different occasions. Here’s what is going on:

• Go to ‘my decks’ >> select ‘optional tags’ >> choose a set of tags that I am a maintainer of
• Select suggestions, press “bulk merge”
• The page reloads and says that the tags have been merged
• However, they have not actually been merged. They are still on the page and they do not appear under optional tags in Anki.

This is currently a bug that happens when you click “select all”

Try only selecting 100 at a time and accepting that way, then it will work.

Alternatively, you can go to the URL of your browser and instead of setting it to 100 at the end, you can set it to 500 for example so you can accept 500 at a time if needed

It doesn’t change as I select more/less cards. How would I change the URL to select 100 cards?

It says there is “There are no suggestions for this optional tag group.” There are none open.

You can select 100 like this (I believe you can do that for optional tag groups but correct me if I’m wrong)

When selecting, do not click “select all XX suggestions” because selecting that option will cause the bug to occur

I don’t have the same screen for optional tag suggestions. There appears to be a maximum of 10 suggestions per page, so the max I can select at once is 10. This is quite cumbersome especially when we have hundreds of suggestions. Do you know of another way that a large number of tags can be selected?

optional tags should have the same as change note suggestions.

Should I turn this into a seedling?
