I want to create a MedSchool Parent Deck to allow me to study all of my cards from different decks at once. Is it ok to put the AnKing deck under this deck or will this interfere with Ankihub in any way? Thanks!

You can move decks basically however you like. Deck location won’t interfere with Ankihub at all.
