Charged a month subscription and still getting the notification that I'm not subscribed

I got charged for a monthly subscription for Ankihub but I’m still getting the notification that I am not subscribed. I attached an image of the transaction below.

On the app it doesn’t allow me to sync and this error message keeps popping up. If you could help that would be great!
