Delete and Rename Optional Tags

I am a maintainer of the RVU_OMM optional tag. Could you please:

  1. Delete “RVU_OMM” optional tag from the Old: OMM for COMLEX deck
  2. Can you rename the RVU_OPP optional tag in the new OMM for COMLEX deck to RVU_OMM
