I recently downloaded Ankihub and added on the Ankihub add add to sync in new cards. Because I added in random photos to help me remember some cards I deselected the “use settings” card. Now I only have 13 cards in my Anking deck and none of my settings for previously studied cards are there. I tried toggling suspended vs. nonsuspended but that did not work and I don’t know where the cards have gone. Can someone please help?

It’s hard to know without more context, but it sounds like you may have deleted some of your cards. The first thing I would recommend is restoring from a backup, which can be done by following this tutorial: How to Restore From Backup
