I uses FSRS algorythem

Can i do my reviews using AnkiWeb or using ankiapp (on my phone) ? and it will still keep the FSRS algorythem?

You don’t need to use the FSRS Helper add-on. It has some useful additional features but it’s not needed to use FSRS because the algorithm is now built-in. I don’t recommend using the add-on’s auto reschedule option. It’s only needed for devices where FSRS is not supported (e.g. older versions of AnkiDroid).
