Hello, I really need your help. I have been using AnkiHub for months now and I love it but I cannot add any more flashcards to my deck

I am currently using UWorld for step 1 and I have not had trouble until today. The steps I am following are these ones:

  1. Open Anki app
  2. Once my AnKing Overhaul for step 1 &2 is opened, I click “browse”
  3. Once the Browse window opens, I go to the #UWorld tag
  4. Once I have the tag opened, I try to add my question ID of UWorld (like I did before) after the :: but it is not showing any cards (before it did)
    Note: I know that some questions do not have cards, but this time it is not showing ANY cards for 3 of my 30 question UWorld tests.
    I would really appreciate your help, I am desperate.

Hello! I hope you are doing great. I need help and I don´t know if you could help me out. I am currently using AnKing Haul for my Step 1 and it had been working perfectly until today. I finished my UWorld decks and when I tried to add them to my deck, no cards show up.

Hello,

Can you try searching this tag:#AK_Step1_v12::#UWorld::Step::20884

We recently changed how the search works, so there needs to be “Step” before the number as shown above

If that still does not work, try this first:
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:

Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes

This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields

Then try the search again, it should appear for QID 20884
