I just did a U world question for renal. And the question ID is “3”. I went on the Find Uworld add card add on. And almost 250 cards showed up, almost all of them having nothing to do with the topic. Can someone help?

Thank you! Did you use the Add on? Or did u just use the browse feature and manually found it? It might have to do with the add on maybe.
I manually searched it. You can search any tag like this → tag::#AK_Step1_v12::#UWorld::Step::X where X is the QID of the UWorld question
I noticed that if you did use the QID add-on, the issue occurs, but this is a bug with the add-on. Not that there are 250 cards for QID 3.
I will report this to the team and see if it can be resolved
