I’m sorry to be asking a similar question that others have asked, but I have done the same solutions given and it’s not working for me. I’ll give one example, for question ID 4438, I have 0 cards associated with it with my uworld test finder on ankihub. My friend however has 7 cards associated with the same ID. I even have those cards in my ankihub, but for some reason they aren’t tagged with the uworld id they should be. This is happening with a lot of the uworld ids. I have already tried resetting my local changes and I have already tried clearing unused tags, neither which have fixed the issue.

A couple of things, if you can:
Can you let me know how it is that you’re searching for those cards? Are you using an add-on? And, if so, which one?
Second, can you share a screenshot of what you see when you search for, say, QID 4438? Just so I can see what you’re seeing
The addon I use is “Find cards from Uworld test”, I just press that addon and put in the uworld QID
I suspect that may be part of the problem you’re having, since that add-on is written by a third-party and I don’t believe has been updated in quite a long time and likely isn’t current and/or functional
I would recommend using the AnKing UWorld add-on, which can be found here: https://www.theanking.com/
I can confirm that, on my end, using that add-on I do see 7 cards pulled up for that same QID so I suspect that it is the add-on that you’re using that is creating part of the problem, I would imagine
Give that a shot, let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there and hopefully we can get you squared away.
