I tried downloading the Michigan bluelink anki deck from ankihub. I subscribed to it on the website, and then synced through my desktop. For some reason, none of the cards had images on them. I tried deleting the deck and then resyncing to fix the problem.
However, now I can’t get the deck added to my anki desktop. I am subscribed to the deck through ankihub, but it will not sync to my desktop. Does anyone know how to fix this issue?
Please try resetting your local changes. To do this:
Go to browse in your Anki → at the top click on ankihub addon tab → press reset all local changes
This will restore everything to what AnkiHub has unless you have specifically protected those fields
If this does not work, then unsubscribe to the deck on ankihub, then resubscribe, then press sync on anki
Thank you for your response. I do not see the “reset all local changes” option under the Ankihub dropdown menu on anki. I see “Create collaborative deck”, “Subscribed decks”, “Sync with ankihub”, “Media sync: Idle”, “Import media”, “Upload media for deck”, “sign out”, “config”, “help”
