I wanted to restart my deck and I tried suspending all the cards but old cards kept showing up so I deleted it, thinking I can download it back but I tried a lot and I can’t. I have the AnkiHub add on and signed out then signed back in and clicked sync but it shows nothing, when I go to browse there is not card “Anking Step Deck” but the getting started with Anking is all normal like the way it was. What should I do? Please help.
