It could be a few things, but let’s tackle the most likely option first:

From within Anki, click on the top menu bar: Anki - About Anki. See what your version number is. If it’s anything other than 25.02 you’ll want to update: https://apps.ankiweb.net/

After that, once you restart Anki, go to your top menu bar: Tools - Add-ons - Check for Updates, update any add-ons, and then restart Anki once again.

Give those things a shot, and let me know how you fare, and we’ll go from there. :slight_smile:
