High number of "Suggestion Accepted" messages for Maintainer Changes

I enjoy receiving “Suggestion Accepted” messages as much as the next guy, but I am receiving them for changes I make as a maintainer on my deck. I frequently make tens of suggestions each day (sometimes over a hundred) and I would rather not receive the maximum of 20 emails for this.

Is it possible for the service which emails to check whether or not the suggestion that was made used the “suggest as a maintainer” button and not send the email?

Maintainers who approve their own suggestions should no longer receive these messages!
