I just subscribed anKing MCAT deck, but only want to use the P/S deck. Is this possible?

Yep, it is possible. The AnKing MCAT deck is separated by subdecks, including the Behavioral subdeck. You can use whichever portion/s of the deck you like as best fit your needs:
