How to know the new updated cards, specfically new updated card tags with UW.
And Is there a way to know which cards UW tags reomved, which updated and which removed?

New cards can be found with this tag tag:#AK_Other::New_Cards
There is no straight forward way to do this, you could go on AnkiHub and check what suggestions were accepted for new/updated tags
